Facts still required

An approved document must identify and verify all facts applicable to this policy, including:

  • The real contracting entity, registered address, and authorized contact.
  • Governing law, venue, dispute process, and consumer-law exceptions.
  • Approved product license, device, workspace, team-seat, and account rules.
  • Privacy roles, data categories, purposes, retention, subprocessors, transfers, and request procedures.
  • Refund eligibility, regional withdrawal rights, tax treatment, and fulfillment evidence.
  • The effective date, version owner, approval record, and change-notice process.

Phase 1 boundary

Crownware has not enabled accounts, payments, downloads, activations, support delivery, marketing tracking, or production provider processing in this repository phase.

Publication gate

This shell may be replaced only with counsel-approved language and verified commercial facts. The commercial launch remains blocked until that work is complete.
